Can it be applied to dry hair?

If the bleached hair has yellowish or golden tones, the final result could differ from what is desired. If the discoloration is not uniform, the color result could also be uneven.
What happens if I apply heat to the hair during the exposure time?
If heat is applied, a more intense color would be achieved.
How can you remove the color from the COLOR BALL masks?
Being a direct coloring mask, the color gradually disappears from the hair. In the case of wanting to remove the color at the moment, a shampoo plus a stripper must be applied.
